It’s been a good weekend. Lots of visiting, lots of jobs to do but we still managed to squeeze in a few adventures and crafts too.

The past week has been a good one. Back to school so Monday to Friday was back in to the routine. We do sometimes pop out visiting in the week, but on the whole, we tend to keep it close to home as it can be a really long day for the Bear. As we say goodbye to February is seems that we’re also saying goodbye to the fake spring we’ve been enjoying. I’m hoping it’s only temporary though as I’m already missing the sun. Our pictures this week comes from an impromptu visit to the beach. What else do you do on a cold windy day in March than pack up a picnic and head to the beach to fly some kites.

Seeing as I work a few days a week for the Trust, some people find it bonkers that we also spend some of our free time there, but the kids love it and it’s still one of my favourite places.
