Last weekend we had a wonderful four days away with family celebrating my parents ruby wedding anniversary. A full weekend with some of my favourite people in a beautiful place and with no work. With the return of the warm weather is the return of day trips for us. We love nothing more than getting outside, having adventures and making memories. So, when the opportunity came up to check out Monkey Forest, we jumped at the chance.
Despite living relatively close to Llangollen and visiting on many occasions over the years, we have never taken a ride on the canal. Last weekend we changed that. The weather was glorious, so we decided to pop along to Llangollen Wharf to visit the horses and take a ride.
