The Bear Portraits – 22/52

I love this weeks #LivingArrows picture as it shows the difference in personality between these two perfectly.

Picture the scene: a messy play session at playgroup doing some finger painting. He jumps straight in with both hands (and both feet!), getting more on himself than on the paper. She on the other hand refuses to put her hands in and instead demands both a paintbrush and a shirt to cover her clothes. She then proceeds to tell me how messy he is and the fact that he needs “a wipe to get clean”.

I do find it amazing how two children can be so similar in some ways but so different in others. Can’t wait to see if this changes as they grow up.

  2. Her face with the finger pointing at him, she looks like she’s telling him off there and then! Really love that this sums up their personalities!

  3. That has to make LA featured image next week! Absolutely brilliant! He couldn’t care less which makes it even better as your little lady looks like she’s telling you he’s been rolling in the paint! haha x

That’s exactly what she was doing!! The words which went with it was “look mummy!! Henry’s messy!”

  5. Haha! That looks like so much fun!! I am a bit of a mess-a-phobe so we aren’t creative that often – playgroups are great for this sort of thing x
