How is it already week 40?! That means that there is only 12 weeks left to the year, 2018 just seemed to be speeding past. This week has been another quieter one. Now that the Bear is in school, we tend to spend our weekday afternoons in the house playing, crafting or just chilling out depending on how tired she is. We did manage to head out for a wonderful autumn walk on Saturday though, which is where this weeks Bear Portrait pictures were taken.
This girl can be the most adorable and loving girl but then with the next breath, turn into a …. challenge shall we say. She’s hiliarious at the moment though, coming out with the funniest turns of phrase. School is doing her the world of good and now she’s over the initial shock of it all, seems to be really enjoying it. This term she’s been working on faces along with autumn colours.
Look at that hair!! We did a boo boo and cut it far too short. Hubby was adamant that this is how we cut it last time and by the time we realised he made a mistake, half his head was on the floor….. Thank goodness hair grows back quickly!
He’s been having the best time recently though and is at an age where him and Darcie are really starting to engage with each other. Shouting to each other when we’re all out together and chatting away in their own little way. I desperately hope this closeness lasts their whole lives.
