FAQ’s
What should I wear?
This is always the number 1 question asked and the answer is always, it is completely up to you. Comfort is key and you should always wear something that you are comfortable in and does not make you feel self concious.
I would always recommend that clients lay all outfits out together and see if the colours blend well as a similar theme or colour palette will always looks lovely.
Personally I think you can’t go wrong with jeans and jumpers as well as dresses with tights and wellies. A favourite dress will always make it’s wearer feel special and if little ones need to bring along a teddy for company that can be a memory worth capturing in itself.
I would recommend clients shy away from character clothes that will date your photographs and avoid clashing patterns and colours.
That being said, don’t be afraid to be yourselves. Some of the best pictures I’ve taken have been of children in the brightest tutu they could find! It certainly doesn’t hurt to put a bit of personality in there.
What happens if I can no longer make my session?
Just let me know and I am sure we will be able to find another date. I do however ask that you give me at least 48 hours notice.
You can reschedule your session once free of charge. However, all subsiquent reschedules will incur a £10 admin charge.
What happens if it’s due to rain or snow during my session?
Although a little rain or snow can produce some beautiful photographs, it’s a difficult balance to try and achieve. Therefore, your session will not go ahead in poor weather. Heavy rain, snowstorms and high winds do not make for a fun environment for anyone.
Should wind speeds be predicted to be above 35mph or the weather forcast be more than an 80% chance of heavy rain, we will reschule your session to take place at another mutually convient time.
Rescheduling due to bad weather will not count as part of your one allowable reschedule date.
