When at a loose end, we often take a browse at the National Trust app to find new places to explore which is exactly how I ended up at Biddulph Grange Gardens last week with a friend. I’d never even heard of it before but with four children between us, we were eager to find somewhere that they could stretch their legs. So, Biddulph it was.
Yes I know Christmas is over but the good thing about this blog being my little corner of the internet is that I can use it to capture our memories no matter what the time of year it is. Just before Christmas we headed out to Attingham Park for a little family time before the chaos arrived.
Last year Christmas was packed for us. Event, grottos, and experiences booked in every weekend. It was fun on a schedule and to be honest, it wasn’t the best. Don’t get me wrong, we have some amazing memories from last Christmas. However, there were times when no one was particularly feeling it and we were left with tired and emotional children. The rain arrived for the weekend, so yesterday we decided to head down to the RAF Museum at Cosford. It’s been years since we’ve been – the last time being when Henry was still a tiny baby – so it seemed like a good chance to head back down that way.
